2011 Training at Gallowglass Academy?

We are putting together our 2011 calendar of training events. So far we have planned an "Introduction to European Swordplay" seminar in the spring, a Bartitsu seminar in the late summer and possibly a writers conference to talk about and demonstrate "Se(a)x and Violence." Anybody out there have anything else they would like to see offered?
