Upcoming Classes at Highland College, Freeport, IL
Highland College in Freeport, IL will be offering two classes I will be teaching through the Community Education program.
The first is "Warrior Spirit". This is an exercise program using martial arts, sword/stick moves and body weight exercises. The class listing for this class is PERS034CC (6784).
